Based on a comment by Dexter in the first episode , it is suggested that Masuka chooses to shave his head rather than let his hair grow to a longer length. He is of medium height, and often wears glasses. His build is slightly muscular. Hidden beneath his shirt, he has a tattoo of an unfinished naked dragon woman that runs down from the middle of his back.
A small portion can be seen just above his waistline on the front of his body, beneath his stomach, indicating that the tattoo goes further down. His typical attire consists of button-up shirts, either patterned or plain.
